Dr. Boswell was so wonderful! My family and I have been looking for a new optometrist in the Andover area and I’m so happy we picked Andover Family Optometry! Dr Boswell explained everything in great detail and the moment I told him how hesitant I was on contacts and why, he instantly knew the right ones to try! I’m one day three of wearing them and for the first time after trying what seems like 100s of brands, I can wear my contacts for more than an hour and a half without them BURNING my eyes. In fact I’ve been wearing them all day! I’m so happy with my experience with Dr. Boswell and can’t wait for my kids to see him as well. Thanks for taking your time to explain things to me so I would understand and being so personable. Extremely professional from start to finish. The gal who starts the first tests is very friendly and puts you at ease, she’s great and very knowledgeable about her job. The doctor goes into details and explains what’s going on with the health of your eyes. The overall experience was great. It’s not a huge eye glass box store where pushing more people though means more $$$ but a smaller place that will give you the time of day to explain details to you. Highly recommend.

The best eye doctor you can go to! No longer waits, amazing staff and both doctors are excellent! Found better contacts for my eyes and they were also cheaper. They also got me in immediately after I had something caught under my eye lid even though they had no openings for the day. Absolutely the place to go, never going to grene vision again!

I have seen both doctors at this practice, and love them both! Dr. Boswell is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff in the front office are all super sweet and helpful. I hate going into a place of business/doctor’s office and the front desk/nurses are rude and standoffish. The entire staff is TOP NOTCH!

The whole appointment process was so smooth compared to my previous eye doctor. Dr. Boswell made sure to be very thorough and explain everything in detail as well as answer any questions I had. The girls working the front desk are so friendly and outgoing. (Absolutely love them!) The glasses frame choices are great! They have plenty to choose from but it’s not overwhelming.
